Since 1991, City-Core has fulfilled a unique niche in real estate investment. The principals at City-Core have been working together for the past 18 years and collectively have more than 100 years of real estate and institutional investment management expertise. The Company is headquartered in San Francisco. City-Core or the “Company” is defined as City-Core Development, Inc. and all of its subsidiaries.
City-Core has an established track record of investing in urban real estate assets, many of which combine retail, housing and office. In less dense communities, the Company has developed mixed-use industrial parks, combining light industrial with multi-family and neighborhood retail. Across the United States, in major metropolitan markets, the Company both invests in and manages luxury hotel properties.
Throughout the West, City-Core has formed strategic alliances with many of its retail and medical tenants to develop build-to-suit facilities. These facilities may be part of a larger development. Often, these build-to-suit properties are freestanding assets located in markets where City-Core has investment and development expertise.
